An All Inclusive Women’s Wellness Retreat for Women with Autoimmune or Inflammatory Immune Disease

Nutritional Therapy and the Autoimmune Protocol

is a complimentary therapy to primary health care meant to focus on nutrition and lifestyle for immune wellness to support those with Autoimmune disease or those needing to focus on an anti inflammatory lifestyle.


Throughout this retreat, we will prepare for implementation of a 3 month protocol, create a strong supportive network, go over barriers and troubleshooting (including through the upcoming holiday season).


Topics will include:


* The Autoimmune Protocol Theory

* Lifestyle: just as important as diet for autoimmunity

* Preparing and planning including pantry prep and clean out, meal planning, prepping and troubleshooting

*Implementation and how to track results

* Troubleshooting

* Re-introduction

*Sustaining a life of vitality with Autoimmune Disease

*Group food preparations



You will also discover the powerful cyclical nature of the female body through an understanding of the hormonal fluctuations within throughout the circadian rhythm and sleep hygiene.


You will learn the foundations of Nutrition and properly prepared nutrient dense whole foods through culinary wellness.  


Each participant will also be scheduled for a follow up, post-retreat

1:1 Zoom consultation with an NTP (AIPCC) and be admitted into a FB support and accountability group.


All of this will be experiential with movement each day, farm-to-table locally sourced food (prepared by my own Life partner and family restauranteur).

Gabrielle from Ojas offers a tour of the facility we have reserved for this 

Mental Wellness Retreat.


Accommodations include shared rooms with individual single beds.  Comfortable beds are made with great care and organic cotton sheets. Bath and spa towels and organic shampoo, conditioner, and soap in all the showers. There are six bathrooms and five showers.

Wellness begins and ends with the ability to build resilience in stress.  Our entire retreat experience offers a breath-like in flow and out flow to our programs.  From the awakening response to boost cortisol to the candling down in the evening to promote the body’s natural melatonin production, Woman Activated experiences are all built around the experiential.  Experience the calm of rhythm and cyclical structure.
